Before we found you, I was going through some depression and Matt was having some difficulties with his daughter, so his attention toward me and us was a lot less than before, and we were REALLY not doing well. I remember feeling so hopeless and lonely and him saying he felt like he had to choose between his baby girl and me...he was so angry and barely spoke to me....We had even started considering a trial separation.... Even after our very first session with you, I felt some hope....And within a few weeks, we noticed more talking, less yelling....Slowly, we started to laugh and have fun again....I felt like you believed in us. I really needed that, especially in the beginning...thank you for doing what you do.

We’d tried everything before we found you– books, spiritual advice...even did couples therapy for a year. And still we just kept arguing all the time...mostly about money and parenting I think. It was so bad, we began avoiding each other as much as we could...I remember I could barely sleep at night, knowing my daughter was watching this...she picks things up like a sponge!....A few weeks after we started the program, slowly things began to change.
